I just have to share this delicious (yet healthy) recipe.... I made them last weekend and my kids loved them in their lunch boxes (and I felt like Super-mum because I knew they weren't loaded with sugar).....  and they're so easy to make.

Ingredients:
500g fresh, pitted dates (halved)
35g raw cocoa powder
60ml coconut oil
2 tablespoons LSA (linseed, sunflower & almond meal)
1.5 tablespoons fresh orange juice
75g dried cranberries
80g raw, shelled pistachios
Raw cocoa powder, to dust.

Grease and line the base and sides of a baking tin.
Place all ingredients (except pistachios and cranberries) in your food processor and blend to a smooth, fudge-like paste.
Once blended, mix in cranberries and pistachios
Pour into baking tin (mixture is extremely sticky!) and leave to set in fridge for at least 8 hours
Cut and dust with cocoa powder and serve

Delicious, healthy decadence.......!!
